Shawn has been a resident of Florida since 1973. He has lived in Jacksonville, Tampa, St. Petersburg and Fort Lauderdale. This has given Shawn the opportunity to become familiar with the real estate markets throughout most of Florida.
Currently Shawn is an avid scuba diver, which affords him the opportunity to visit the Florida Keys on a regular basis giving him a general knowledge of that real estate market as well.
